Ice is a Certified Image Consultant. She was trained in colour and image consultancy with First Impressions, a leading UK Image Consultancy based in Cambridge, England.

She is a vibrant and confident individual who believes in the importance of image and has the ability to convey her experiences to relate to key learning points in a facilitated programme.

On a personal level, she believes that an image can convey the impression where one has been, and the type of targets an individual may have set in life. She also understands that managing an appearance is an important part of any individual and it should be done with a high sense of awareness. The level of effort put in demonstrates personality and lifestyle of an individual. Ice has assisted many individuals in identifying the right clothes for various body-types, sharing with them the latest trends and its match to their personality, passing to many the knowledge of selecting timeless fashions and gaining the know-how to help them stand out. She understands that one never gets a second chance to make a fantastic first impression.

Besides grooming and training in the image ‘arena’, Ice has an expanded range of training and facilitation programmes, including programmes such as “Skillful Young Conversationalists”, “Social Graces – Develop Your Poise and Confidence” as well as “Etiquette at the Dining Table” for children.

Ice has had a wide variety of work experience. She spent 3 years with an international bank in Singapore in her earlier years. There, she learnt the image can indeed be a major determining factor in winning customers’ trust. She has also spent more than 10 years with a world-class airline, as a flight attendant. Her experience taught her how to effectively carry herself with grace, poise and confidence. In addition, different individuals may require different styling, and different cultures may have a varied view on image.

The beauty pageant and modelling industries were where Ice found success. Having found Shine Models & Talent Agence, she has been training models and aspiring-models alike. One of her specialty in training these individuals is in the area of Grooming and Deportment. Ice have played an instrumental part in the grooming and judging of several beauty pageants in Singapore as well. She also found time to contribute articles on image in the monthly issue of the “Men’s Review” Magazine and was a nominee for the Spirit of Enterprise Award 2009.
